Replacement Policy
At Jazzy, every product is specially made with care and goes through strict quality checks before it reaches you. To maintain fairness and transparency, please read our Replacement policy carefully:
No Returns or Size-Based Replacements
We do not accept returns or Replacements for size, fit, or change of mind.
Please ensure you refer to the size chart and product details carefully before ordering, as all products are made specifically for your selection and go through multiple quality checks before dispatch.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before confirmation on WhatsApp. Once you confirm the order or it enters production, cancellation is not possible.
Eligible Replacements
We offer Replacements only in the following situations:
- You received a wrong product
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The product is damaged during delivery
To request an Replacement, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Unboxing Video Required
To be eligible for an replacement, you must provide an unboxing video showing the product clearly from the moment the package is opened.
Without an unboxing video, your replacement request may be rejected.
Replacement Process
If your product meets the conditions above:
- Go to our Replacement Page and fill in your order and issue details.
- You will be redirected to WhatsApp to complete your request.
- Our team will review the case and arrange a replacement if approved.
