Orders can only be cancelled before confirmation on WhatsApp. Once confirmed, they go into production and cannot be cancelled.
Currently, we do not offer COD. All orders must be prepaid via secure payment gateways.
In that rare case, contact us within 24 hours and send an unboxing video as proof. This is required to process your exchange smoothly.
