Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, we offer COD. A ₹100 prepaid confirmation fee must be paid during WhatsApp order confirmation. This fee is extra and not part of the product price. The remaining order amount is paid at delivery.

Example:  For a T-shirt priced at ₹500, you pay ₹100 confirmation fee + ₹500 at delivery (total ₹600).

Please note that the ₹100 confirmation fee is non-refundable if the order is rejected at the doorstep. This policy helps us reduce fake COD orders and ensure serious purchases only.

Yes, we offer free shipping on all prepaid orders anywhere in India.

We do not accept returns or size-related replacements.

However, if you receive a wrong or damaged item, you can request an exchange within 24 hours of delivery.  For more information go through our Replacement Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before confirmation on WhatsApp. Once confirmed, they go into production and cannot be cancelled.

In that rare case, contact us within 24 hours and send an unboxing video as proof. This is required to process your exchange smoothly.

Yes! Every product page includes a detailed size chart. Please refer to it carefully before placing your order.  

Once your payment is successful, you’ll receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp. We may also follow up to confirm your order manually.

You can request a change before the order is confirmed and processed. Once dispatched, we can’t change the address.
